Could I get your pattern & instructions for the flamingo?

Hi Jan.
The way I create my images is just through copying a photo I like. Sketch the outline of the flamingo and build up the colours as I go. I’ve purchased tons of silks from china from amazon which are a mixture of alsorts of colours – then if I need a certain colour i don’t have – i will separate the threads and mix the colours to make the shade I need. EG. to make darker i’d add another darker strand or add a light strand etc…. I used my tablet to put the image next to my embroidery so i could colour match.
Its like doing a painting but you can undo bits if you go wrong.
